Two cutting systems are used for the cutting process, both of them provided with a hi-fi feedback cutterheads. The first one is 18kHz Nightingale by MyShank, France. Second one is 20kHz Caruso by Flokason, Switzerland.
No lo-fi dynamic cutterheads like on standard VR T560 / NC-V8, where the best cutterhead has range up to 12kHz.
1. Heavily modified VR T560 with a high torque and reliable turntable also with a modified 4kg extra platter for stable torque and RPM (wow 0.04). Set up with Nightingale cutterhead.
2. Heavily modified Jakutis mastering lathe. Suction platter for the best grooves with a high torque motor (wow 0.02). Upgraded Ortofon AS 212 tonearm for the best playback. Set up with Caruso cutterhead.
Grooves inspected with Dino-Lite AF4915ZT digital microscope, all records are playbacked while cutting to check the skipping.
Proper mastering tools are used during the process e. g. SimuLathe, Ancora, Finese by Tokyo Dawn or HiFal by Schwabe digital and many more.
RTW 1206 peakmeters, no Souri VR toy DJ flashing lights. Systems calibrated with the Ultimate Analogue Test LP.
